Prevention Network offers several programs for parents, grandparents and guardians raising children in today’s culture. These programs are held on-site at your location, and can usually be tailored to fit your group’s particular needs and time constraints. Click any program title for additional information. Parent to Parent is an eight-session video/facilitator based program that empowers parents with the skills, knowledge and beliefs to foster effective parenting and help their children avoid destructive behaviors and the drug culture. Safe Passage is a four-session video based program designed to help parents take an active role in addressing the issue of violence with their children. Guiding Good Choices is a researched based program that teaches parents of children ages 9 through 14 how to reduce the risk that their children will develop drug problems. Strengthening Families I & II is an evidence based program that offers parenting support to parents that are chemically addicted while offering life skills education to their children. |
